Brazil Roadshow 2024 will allow you to meet with the country’s biggest tourism buyers. There will be full day business rounds in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro, both of which are the largest Brazilian cities and sources of tourists to the United Kingdom. Selected buyers will be brought from other regions of Brazil to participate, offering a real opportunity to expand your business throughout Brazil. The format will have a combination of individual appointments and free-flow meetings.

Attendee delegate fees:
UK Supplier - Primary Delegate: £2,800 + VAT
UK Supplier - Secondary delegate: £1,500 +VAT
UK Supplier - Brazil based only (workshop only): £1,500 +VAT (limited availability, subject to approval)
Level of experience required: Experienced.
Grants: There are currently no grants available through VisitBritain, but is worth checking with your Local Visitor Economy Partnership (LVEP) or Destination Management Organisation (DMO) as in some instances grants are available through local authorities to attend overseas trade events.

The calibre of buyers who attended the two events for the Brazil Roadshow was great, they were genuinely interested in planning tours to Britain and staying in our Classic Lodges Hotels – I’ve had confirmations of interest from sending out my follow ups.
