The hotel’s signature restaurant, Thames at Dusk, features a menu that draws inspiration from British and European cuisine, while the rooftop bar, The Deck, serves up craft cocktails alongside panoramic cityscapes. With a focus on wellness, the hotel also boasts a spa and 24-hour fitness centre.

The Bat and Ball, Cuddesdon, Oxfordshire

The Montgomery Group is set to launch The Bat and Ball, a charming country pub with rooms, in Cuddesdon, Oxfordshire, this November. The pub will feature a cosy dining space for over 50 guests and serve lunch and dinner seven days a week. It will also offer five guest rooms, including three king suites. The kitchen will be overseen by Executive Chef Nat Berney, who is celebrated for his work at Michelin star Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, and is currently Head Chef at The Lamb Inn, in Bloomsbury, London.

Sir Devonshire Square, London

The Sir Devonshire Square Hotel is set to be London’s latest new luxury destination. Located in the historic Devonshire Square area, close to Liverpool Street Station, it will offer 81 elegantly designed rooms and suites that blend modern comfort with the area’s rich heritage. Designed for both leisure and business travellers, the hotel will provide a stylish base close to London’s financial district and vibrant neighbourhoods like Shoreditch. Guests will be able to enjoy an on-site restaurant, chic bar, and private member’s club.
THE PIG on the Farm, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire

Set to open in 2025, THE PIG-on-the-farm will bring the rustic luxury of THE PIG hotels to a picturesque, mid-16th-century manor house south of Stratford-upon-Avon. The characterful property spans 53 acres of farmland on the Walton Estate, providing guests with a quintessentially English countryside experience. True to the PIG brand, the hotel will focus on sustainable dining, offering farm-to-table meals inspired by the estate’s own produce and nearby farms. There will be 35 ensuite bedrooms and suites, split between the main house and various outbuildings, alongside a garden area and two dining rooms in the main building. Residents will be able to relax in the snug bar and lounge areas or enjoy VOYA seaweed treatments offered in three Shepherd’s Huts.
The Newman, London
Opening summer 2025
Kinsfolk and Co. is set to debut The Newman hotel in London’s Fitzrovia in summer 2025. Designed by Lind + Almond, the 81-room property will feature a European brasserie with seasonal British cuisine, a cocktail bar, a wellness floor with a salt therapy room and hydrotherapy pool, and an exclusive rooftop area. The design draws on Fitzrovia’s bohemian history, inspired by figures like poet and fashion icon Nancy Cunard, blending contemporary Art Deco influences with local heritage.
Ty Gwyn Abersoch, Abersoch, North Wales
Opening spring 2025
Offering a luxury waterfront escape in the coastal town of Abersoch, Ty Gwyn is set to open its doors in Spring 2025. A boutique hotel on the scenic Llyn Peninsula in North Wales, this project by Bespoke Hotels will comprise 42 bedrooms and suites, a destination restaurant and a bar with sea-view terraces. Guests will also be able to take advantage of the onsite gym, spa with swimming pool, treatment rooms and thermal suite over three floors, while a further18 private apartments will occupy the top two floors above the hotel. Located close to the beach and ideal for exploring nearby Snowdonia (Eryri), Ty Gwyn will cater for visitors looking to experience the natural beauty of North Wales.
Chester Zoo: Safari-style lodges, Cheshire
Opening in 2025
Chester Zoo is set to debut an immersive safari lodge experience in 2025. This new development will feature 51 luxury safari-style lodges, some offering direct views over an African savannah-inspired enclosure where guests can see giraffes and other animals roaming nearby. The lodges are part of a larger Grasslands project and will include various lodge sizes for up to six guests, plus a reception area with a bar and restaurant overlooking a lake.
