When energy flags, we have got some suggestions about dealing with that fizzle out – the uncomfortable period when nothing much seems to be happening and people aren’t as excited as they were at the start.
4.3. Everyone, everywhere
If you have employees, having their support and effort will be central to the success of your plans. Help them stay on track by showing how their day-to-day behaviour makes a big difference. It is very motivating, and critical to collective success.
