    Day 1 - Bath

    Morning

A guided walking tour is a great way to delve into Bath’s history, especially as the city’s compact size makes it easy to explore on foot. Join a general tour to see the city’s highlights, or focus on a theme: enter the world of Jane Austen, track down Bridgerton filming locations or learn about the city’s connections to the 18th century slave trade. Alternatively, hop on the open-top bus tour with commentary covering 17 different stops around the city.

    Afternoon

Sit down to afternoon tea at the Pump Room restaurant, another place once frequented by the likes of Jane Austen and Charles Dickens. Indulge in the British tradition of afternoon tea under the glittering chandelier of this magnificent dining space. You can even ‘take the water’ from the hot spa water fountain that inspired the Pump Room’s name. It contains 43 minerals and was considered a health remedy by the people of the Georgian era. Though be warned, the taste is quite unusual!

After your meal take a deeper dive into Georgian history and culture with a tour of the elegant and historic Assembly Rooms, designed in 1769 as a place for high society entertainment – balls, concerts, teas and gambling. A bespoke guided tour will teach you about the events, music and people that once filled the meeting rooms. Alternatively, explore the Holburne Museum, a Grade I listed historic building showcasing the Holburne family’s collection of fine and decorative arts amassed in the late 18th and early 19th century.

    Evening

The Roman Baths & Pump Room are Bath’s most famous attraction, but few can say they’ve experienced this ancient monument after hours. With history stretching back 2,000 years, the Roman Baths take on a magical atmosphere at twilight. Invite delegates to sip drinks on the terrace of the Great Bath, the complex’s magnificent centrepiece. Later, sit down for dinner in the Pump Room, the venue’s elegant restaurant that was once the favoured meeting spot of Georgian Bath’s elite.

After dinner, unwind in style at the Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa, another of Bath’s Georgian landmarks. This five-star hotel and spa is located on the city’s most famous crescent – a stunning sweeping terrace of 30 Grade I-listed Georgian houses, overlooking Royal Victoria Park. Loved for its tranquillity and attentive service, it’s the epitome of Bath luxury.

    Day 2 - Bristol

    Morning

Start your day with one of the most memorable incentive experiences in the region: a hot air balloon ride. Colourful balloons floating across the sky are a common sight in this corner of England, mainly thanks to Bristol’s ballooning history. The city is home to both the world’s largest hot air balloon manufacturer, Cameron Balloons, and the Bristol International Balloon Fiesta – the biggest event of its kind in Europe.

Bristol, Bath and the surrounding greenery look stunning from a few thousand feet above ground. Trust in the Bristol Balloons or Virgin Balloon Flights’ pilots to point out the noteworthy sights and landmarks along the journey.

    Afternoon

Street art is everywhere in Bristol – you can’t miss it. To understand how the layers of graffiti and murals became part of this city’s identity, as well as seeing stand-out pieces, take a street art walking tour. The Where the Wall team will give you the lowdown on the ever-elusive Banksy, who first picked up a spray can here in his hometown and whose artwork you can still find dotted around the city. Or get hands on with paints, stencils and markers to create your very own piece of art in a Graft graffiti workshop.

    Evening

For dinner this evening head to the buzzing Bristol Harbourside for your choice of restaurants, pubs and bars to find some live music and a great bite to eat.

    Day 3

    Morning

On your third morning, head out of the city into the beautiful surrounding countryside of the West of England.

Lucknam Park is the epitome of a grand country estate. Encompassing a Palladian mansion and 500 acres of surrounding parkland, the five-star hotel and spa feels a world away from the office, with four elegant and flexible meeting spaces available for private hire. Disconnect from the everyday here through the country pursuits on offer on the stunning grounds. How about clay pigeon shooting, archery, duck herding, falconry or horse riding?

    Afternoon

Less than an hour’s drive from Bath, iconic monument Stonehenge dates back to around 3,000 BC. The World Heritage Site remains wrapped in mystery, with theories about how it was built and its original purpose still up for debate. Marvel at the stones up-close on the Stone Circle Experience, which takes place in the early morning or early evening – the quiet periods outside of normal visiting hours. It’s the ultimate way to experience the tranquillity and power of the circle, take photos and put your questions about its creation to an expert host.

    Evening

Have dinner at Thornbury Castle, an event venue fit for royalty – literally. Set on the edge of the Cotswolds, one of England’s most charming rural areas, this historic home was once the honeymoon retreat of King Henry VIII and Anne Boleyn. Today the castle has three event spaces for either 24 or 70 guests. Whether in the Tudor Hall, Baron’s Sitting Room or the castle library, the original architecture and features will transport you back in time.

    Optional & VIP

    • Recharge at Thermae Bath Spa: One of only two places to enjoy the naturally warm, mineral-rich waters that earned Bath its reputation as a centre of wellbeing. The open-air rooftop pool is Thermae Bath Spa’s star attraction, where you can unwind with a view of the city’s skyline (pictured above). A spa session includes access to the Minerva Bath and the multi-sensory Wellness Suite. Saunter between the pool and steam, infrared and ice rooms, before kicking back under twinkly lights in the Celestial Relaxation space. For a more exclusive experience, hire intimate open-air thermal pool The Cross Baths, complete with Champagne (or juice) and gourmet treats.
    • Dine under the wings of Concorde: Did you know Concorde was built in Bristol? Today, the last of the world-famous supersonic jets ever to fly lives at Aerospace Bristol. Host a gala dinner in this space for up to 600 guests, giving them the chance to admire the Concorde Alpha Foxtrot from every angle, even the opportunity to step aboard the plane.
  • Birmingham is England’s second largest city, a diverse and creative hub centrally located in the West Midlands. With an international airport and located less than 90 minutes by train from London and Manchester, Birmingham and the West Midlands offer a rich history, from Shakespeare to the Industrial Revolution, and a world of exciting incentive experiences.

There’s even the chance to host your own Corporate Games on the magnificent lawn overlooking the delightful English countryside.

    Afternoon

Rugby School is just a 40-minute drive away. The school was founded in the sixteenth century, but it was here in 1823 that local lad William Webb Ellis disregarded the rules of football, took the ball in his arms and ran with it, establishing the game of rugby. Take your guests on a fascinating private tour with exclusive access to the beautiful grounds, classrooms and chapel, as well as the celebrated pitch.

    Evening

Premier League side Aston Villa is one of the oldest football clubs in the world, recently celebrating its 150th anniversary. Take a stadium tour of Villa Park, including access to the dugouts, dressing room and players’ entrance. Then treat your guests to pre-match hospitality in a private box overlooking the pitch before soaking up the electric atmosphere of a match.

Day 2 - Best of Brum

Driving the Industrial Revolution, Birmingham (or “Brum”) was known as the city of a thousand trades and there are countless ways to discover its fascinating history and get hands on with the items the city made.

    Morning

For over 250 years, Birmingham’s famous Jewellery Quarter has been at the centre of jewellery making and still produces 40% of the UK’s jewellery. A guided tour will bring the quarter to life for your visitors, exploring its historic workshops, canals and squares. Stop off at The Quarterworkshop for a private workshop and a chance for your guests to try their hand at making a ring, earrings or keyring.

A traditional Victorian pub, such as The Old Contemptibles or The Old Joint Stock, provides authentic British “pub grub” and captivating surroundings for lunch.

    Afternoon

Cadbury has been making tasty treats for two centuries in Bournville, the home of British chocolate. The attractive medieval market town of Stratford-upon-Avon is the birthplace of the world’s most famous writer, William Shakespeare. Your guests can explore the old town with a private guided tour including entry to Shakespeare’s house and schoolroom.

    Afternoon

Go behind the scenes at the prestigious Royal Shakespeare Company, including exclusive access for your guests to its costume workshop and store. Meet a costume designer at work and see first-hand how the costumes are made, from cutting and stitching to printing and beading.

    Evening

On your last night, gather for a private dinner and reception at Warwick Castle. Built by William the Conqueror in 1068, the castle provides a spectacular and memorable backdrop for a gala dinner. Start your day with a journey to East London to explore Spitalfields and the shops and markets along Brick Lane. The neighbourhood’s variety of food, art and architecture reflect the diversity of its residents through history, from the 18th-century French Protestant silk weavers to the 19th-century Jewish communities and the more recent South Asian communities making their mark on this exciting part of town. Take time for some souvenir shopping in Spitalfields Market, choosing among dozens of local artists and vendors.

    Afternoon

On your last afternoon in London, relax as you sit down to afternoon tea, an unmissable English experience. Enjoy a classic experience at The Langham, The Dorchester or The Athenaeum, or try afternoon tea with a twist: go contemporary with the Rosewood’s Art Afternoon Tea, tuck into the stylish Prêt-à-Portea at The Berkeley or try your hand at preparing your own with a masterclass at The Cookery School.

    Evening

Bid London farewell with a reception at one of London’s unique venues: gather for a private event in a historic setting like the Natural History Museum, Spencer House or Tower Bridge, or in a more modern space such as the Sky Garden or Horizon 22.
