Those who ever dreamed of sleeping in a treehouse can now fulfill their childhood dreams. Located on Deansgate, Treehouse Manchester is set to open its doors in early 2025, bringing its signature playful design and eco-conscious hospitality to the heart of Manchester. Spread out over 14 floors, this hotel will offer 224 rooms featuring nature-inspired interiors. The property will also boast multiple event spaces, a screening room and a gym. Expect quirky features such as up-cycled furniture made from natural wood, vintage-style quilts and murals that encourage guests to leave their mark. A variety of dining experiences, including a rooftop restaurant and bar with far-reaching city views, will also be available for guests to enjoy. Designed with sustainability in mind, Treehouse Manchester focuses on recycling, renewable energy and green practices, featuring a living green wall, a kitchen garden, and a rooftop apiary producing the hotel’s own honey.
The Manor House, Ditcheat, Somerset

The Chickpea Group ventures into Somerset with its seventh pub, The Manor House, reopening in Ditcheat, near Bruton. Nestled in the Mendip Hills, this charming 18th-century country inn will offer nine guest rooms, wood-beamed ceilings, roaring fires and a spacious beer garden. Guests can indulge in hearty ‘Pub Banger’ classics, pizzas from the Nole Pizza Kitchen, and brews from Chickpea’s Rude Giant Brew Co. Executive chef Harry Russell’s menu will spotlight top-notch produce from the region.
The Chancery Rosewood, London
Opening early 2025
Step back into the glamorous 1960s at The Chancery Rosewood, which is set to open in early 2025. Located in London’s prestigious Mayfair district, the hotel will occupy the iconic former U.S. Embassy building on Grosvenor Square, originally designed by Eero Saarinen in 1960. The hotel, with its stunning Grade II facade and original mid-century design features, will offer 146 spacious guest rooms and suites crafted by French interior designer Joseph Dirand. Drawing on the ambiance of a traditional British gentlemen’s club, the interiors feature a warm, rich colour palette and Art Deco-style detailing, walnut panelling and marble and brass accents. The hotel will offer a variety of dining and entertainment options, including five flagship retail spaces, a grand ballroom, and an Asaya wellbeing spa designed by Yabu Pushelberg.
Z Leicester Square, London

Z Hotels is set to debut its 15th property, Z Leicester Square, in early 2025. Located on Charing Cross Road, near Leicester Square, the hotel will feature 81 compact luxury rooms. Known for prime city-centre locations, this latest addition puts guests in the heart of London’s theatreland, steps from iconic attractions like Covent Garden, Soho and The National Gallery.

House of Gods, the Scotland-based hotel group, will open its first London location in Canary Wharf in 2025. Known for their opulent and decadent interiors, as showcased in their Glasgow and Edinburgh properties, the brand will bring its signature lavish style to the English capital. The 78-room hotel will be part of a 65,000 square foot hospitality and leisure venue at 12 Bank Street. The site will also feature an Amazing Grace music venue and a rooftop bar overlooking Eden Dock.
Dakota Newcastle, Newcastle

Dakota Hotels is set to expand its boutique luxury brand to Newcastle’s Quayside with the opening of Dakota Newcastle. Located on St. Ann’s Wharf, the hotel will feature 118 elegantly designed rooms and suites, many offering expansive views of the River Tyne. The highlight is the two-bedroom Grand Deluxe Suite, which includes amenities such as a dedicated butler service, fireplace, steam shower, and roll-top bath. Dining options will include The Grill, serving classic dishes made with seasonal produce, while the Dakota Bar will provide a curated cocktail menu, alongside other beverages. Additional facilities comprise a Champagne Room, Waterfront Terrace, event space, and a Cigar Terrace with a humidor.
